Role Description
We are looking for a temporary HR Recruitment Assistant to support in the management of recruitment process.
Main Activities
- Act as the first employees point of contact and build influential candidate relationships during the selection process
- Screen applications and CVs to shortlist
- Support in the selection process: schedule and conduct the interviews/assessment with candidates and Hiring Managers
- Follow up on interview process status and update records in internal database
- Work closely with managers to gain a comprehensive understanding of the company’s hiring needs for each position, and meet competitive hiring goals and expectations
- Support in onboarding new hires
- Be a point of contact for external actors such as employment agencies, Universities etc.
Desired Qualifications
- Bachelor or Master’s Degree in Law, Educational Sciences, Psychology.
- Fluent Italian and English.
- 1-3 years of proven experience in the role.
- Proven Experience with Recruiting Tools (LinkedIn mandatory) and Techniques.
- Proficient in MS Office.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritize work.
