Main Responsibilities 💪
Be part of the payroll team on their daily tasks:
* Provide daily support to employees on HR related questions : payslips, taxes, holiday, parental leave, maternity leave, educational leaves, ...
* Record, manage and follow-up of absences (sickness)
* Manage the follow-up of appraisals and salary reviews with operation manager
* Be a person of reference regarding fiscal and payroll matters
* Help with the set up and opening of subsidiaries
* Monthly payroll closing
Be part of several HR improvement projects
Must Have 🎯
* Perfect written and spoken English
* Masters degree in HR or equivalent
* 2+ years of experience in HR department (preferably Payroll)
* Great organisational skills
* Be proactive and work in autonomy to contribute to the success of the company
* Team player, Motivated, Reliable, Trustworthy
Nice to Have ⭐
* Available quickly - Full time
* Oral communication skills
* Interest in IT
