RWE Renewables, the youngest subsidiary of the RWE Group, is one of the world leaders in renewables. The company, which is subdivided into two functional units “RWE Renewables Europe & Australia” and “RWE Offshore Wind” in addition to RWE Renewables Americas, is driving the expansion of renewables in over 20 countries on five continents.
Main Tasks:
- Supporting the payroll process, management of monthly movements, review, control and dispatch of monthly payrolls;
- Support the HRBP to give administrative and labour law advice to the employees ;
- Support the talent acquisition department at local level, as well as coordination of personal interviews;
- Support in personnel administration. Management of time records, holiday control, weekly planning, personnel files, official calendars, collective agreements and control of absences and leave.
Requirements:
- Degree in Labour Relations/Economics/Law or other field related to Human Resources;
- Master's degree in Human Resources or related disciplines high desirable;
- Knowledge of Italian labour legislation;
- High command of the Office package (Excel, Word and Power-Point);
- Native Italian and high level of English;
- Ability to work in a team and communication skills.
