• Manage attendance and leave• Handle recruitment and selection• Oversee interim staff and agency relationships• Provide health surveillance• Manage training plans and interprofessional funds• Draft and update job descriptions and organizational charts• Interact with web portals for document uploads• Handle expatriate workers and associated contracts• Manage hiring, termination, and transformation processes• Produce and transmit UNILAV models
Requirements
• Effective use of Office Suite and HR management systems• Minimum B2 level of English language proficiency• High school diploma or degree in economics/law• Knowledge of labor laws• Previous experience in installation of mechanical systems
