Mercer Italy is looking for candidates passionate about making a difference in the careers of thousands of people to join through an exciting and fruitful 6-month internship the Financial Services Consulting Team based in Rome.

As a Mercer Intern you will support our Financial Services Practice in activities related to the work we do with our clients with a specific focus on their reward and compensation strategy, job evaluation and organizational development. You will also work on quantitative analysis, organization-specific issues and clients' business performance mainframe.
We will count on you to:
Working in our Financial Services Consulting Team you will have the opportunity to:
* contribute to perform job analysis, job evaluation and job matching;
* cooperate in the activities of data validation, compensation analysis and benchmarking;
* support the preparation of presentations for clients (in Italian and English);
* assist in market scouting and market best practices for incentive plans (MBO, sales incentives…);
* cooperate in the activity of data validation, compensation analysis and benchmarking;
* support the team in evaluation of total compensation packages and design of new strategic guidelines;
* leverage the opportunity to further develop your skills and join other Mercer's teams in different HR consulting areas;
* manage multiple projects with minimal guidance to ensure the quality and timeliness of client deliverables.
What you need to have:
* University Master's Degree in Economics, Finance, Insurance, Management Engineering, Management, Organization, Law or similar is preferred;
* fluency in both Italian and English languages;
* excellent use of Microsoft Office (Excel, Power Point);
* a strong interest for Financial Services sector working with bank finance and insurance sector clients.

What we offer:
* Initially 6 months of paid internship: 800EUR per month + ticket lunch 7EUR a day
* Working hour: full-time (from Monday to Friday, from 9:00 to 18:00)
* Location: Rome
* Starting date: from March/April 2024
