We are looking for an HR Coordinator - Recruitment to join our People Operations Shared Services Team. As a key member of our team, you will be part of the Recruitment Administration team which manages all administrative work involved in talent acquisition. The team provides first class service to support the global talent acquisition teams, local line managers, and candidates from multiple countries across the globe. What makes you the ideal candidate in this role?

As an HR Coordinator - Recruitment, you will play a crucial role in managing and arranging interviews which includes coordinating with hiring managers and candidates from the UK, New York, and Manila offices. You will also be tasked to administer pre-employment assessments, technical exams, and other task-based recruitment tools. In addition, you will also be in charge of creating employment contracts to be sent to successful candidates which involves securing new hire documentations including right to work checks and initiating background checking for the UK and Manila offices which are both conducted by third-party providers. Your role will also involve maintaining the applicant tracking system and e-filing to make sure all documentations are in place.

The following will help you be an ideal candidate for this post:

  • You have experience working in recruitment especially in a shared services set-up.
  • You have an excellent level of written and spoken English, with proven communication skills as well as the time management skills, ability to organise, prioritize and be flexible to meet changing demands, and keen attention to detail.
  • You have experience working with an Applicant Tracking System (e.g. eARCU) and HRIS tool (e.g. Workday).
  • You have basic knowledge in using MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
  • You have experienced relationship building and dealing with various stakeholders at different levels of the organization.
