JOB SCOPE AND MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:
A Compensation and Benefits (C&B) Intern needs to support in the designing, implementing, and managing the organization's compensation and benefits programs.
The role is crucial in attracting and retaining top talent, ensuring employee satisfaction, and aligning the compensation and benefits strategy with the overall business objectives.
AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITIES AND RELATED ACTIVITIES:
* A Support in the definition of the short time Incentives (MBO)
* B - Employees Benefits
* C - Support in the definition of the salary review guidelines and managed the process
* D - HR reward data management
* E- Support for the hiring offers from a Compensation point of view
NETWORK OF INTERACTION:
INTERNAL : Other HR Departments, C&B from regions, Finance, Communications Team
EXTERNAL : IT Consultants
TECHNICAL SKILLS - PORTRAIT OF A PERFECT CANDIDATE
* Educational Background in Economy
* Strong problem Analytic skills
* Solid experience with Excel, Power Points
LANGUAGES:
Italian
English
