HR Business Partner - Delta Hotel by Marriott Giardini Naxos

Position Overview Are you the right person we are looking for? The person we are looking for as HR Business Partner will be the point of reference in relation to human resources management, organisation and development needs. Essential Duties & Responsibilities The candidate will be responsible for the following activities:
 

  • Coordination and supervision of two operative structures;
  • Management, implementation and supervision of personnel administration processes and procedures;
  • Management of attendance control processes through the Zucchetti Infinity portal, monthly closures and creation of post-payroll reports on the main Key Performance Indicators, interfacing with the Employment Consultant, in line with company procedures and policy;
  • Planning and implementation of strategies to achieve the objectives set by the company;
  • Management and implementation of new corporate welfare procedures to enhance Employer Branding aspects;
  • Drafting of annual budget, weekly forecasts, monthly reports on EFTE personnel costs and headcounts;
  • Collaboration with different departments to understand and support their recruitment needs, working closely with the recruitment department;
  • Implementation of competence assessment systems and internal climate analysis;
  • Collaborating with the training and development department to gather and coordinate staff training processes, defining development plans for specific departments and tasks, supervising the organisation of courses and classroom management, a ll aimed at the growth of talent in the company;
  • Management of out-of-court or judicial internal disputes, as well as company disciplinary procedures supported by the company law firm;
  • Management and supervision of processes relating to outsourcing activities, coordination of any requests for the use of outsourced staff , as well as any documentary and/or contractual aspects;
Experience, Skills & Knowledge
 
  • Previous experience of 2 years in the position (preferably in hotels with international brands);
  • Bachelor's degree in Law/Economics;
  • Master's degree in Human Resources Organisation and Management/Data Science (preferred);
  • English language: level B2;
  • Excellent knowledge of the Office 365 package, in particular Excel;
  • Knowledge of the main social medias;
  • Knowledge of graphic presentation programmes (preferably Canva);
  • Experience in the creation of Benefit, Compensation and Welfare strategies;
  • Previous knowledge of the Infinity Zucchetti;
  • Public speaking skills;
  • Great teamwork and listening skills;
  • Methodology and organisation related to priority work planning;
  • Ability to work in a team to achieve targets;
  • Prior knowledge and use of social media for professional purposes.
