Job Description
Mission:
Collaborate and provide support on projects carried out by his/her business unit/department, in keeping with the guidelines given by his/her supervisor, so that his/her work will enhance decision-making processes and processes involving the project's execution and provide the internal client with added value through his/her professional performance.
In particular:
* Manage the local recruiting needs according with the hiring plan defined with the PM
* Manage the relationships with local supplier
* Industrial relations
* Support the delivery of the HR processes such as defined from the local and global HR Department (i.e. training, performance review, salary review, …)
* Ensure the admin process within blue and white collars
* Support the local HR Department in reporting
Required Skills and Competencies
* Strong relational skills
* Excellent in people management and employee engagement.
* Deep understanding of local employment laws and union relations.
* Demonstrated ability to understand training needs and development programs
* Experienced in problem-solving skills.
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
