Job Description We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Restaurant Manager to oversee the dining operations within our prestigious luxury hotel in Rome. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional leadership qualities, a passion for delivering unparalleled guest experiences, and a keen eye for detail. As the Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring the seamless operation of our restaurant, maintaining high standards of service, and driving profitability while upholding the hotel's reputation for excellence. Responsibilities Leadership and Team Management:

  • Provide strong leadership to the restaurant staff, fostering a culture of teamwork, excellence, and guest satisfaction.
  • Recruit, train, supervise, and mentor restaurant personnel, ensuring that each team member delivers exceptional service.
  • Conduct regular performance evaluations, provide feedback, and implement strategies for continuous improvement.
Operational Excellence:
  • Oversee all aspects of restaurant operations, including reservations, seating, service standards, and cleanliness.
  • Monitor food and beverage quality, ensuring consistency and adherence to established standards.
  • Implement effective cost-control measures to optimize profitability without compromising quality or service.
Guest Experience:
  • Ensure that every guest receives personalized attention and enjoys a memorable dining experience.
