Hotel General Manager

We are looking for a Hotel General Manager for a new urban hotel on behalf of a major client specializing in hospitality.

• Demonstrate visionary leadership, fostering a culture of excellence and dedication among the team;
• Oversee all operational aspects, ensuring the highest standards of service delivery, guest satisfaction, and profitability;
• Craft and execute strategies to enhance the overall guest experience, exceeding expectations in the segment;
• Drive financial success through effective budget execution and cost control strategies;
• Mentor, inspire, and lead a diverse team to achieve individual and collective success.
  

• Minimum of 2 consecutive years as a Hotel General Manager in an international chain;
• Proven experience in Upper Upscale or luxury urban hotel settings above 150 rooms;
• Strong financial acumen and a track record of achieving and exceeding financial targets;
• Exceptional leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a high-performing team;
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
• Upselling skills;
• Dedication to delivering an unparalleled experience to guests.
