Guide And Tour Leader Coordinator At Meeters

We are looking for a Guide and Tour Leader Coordinator to join our amazing Meeters team! The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying and recruiting new guides and Tour Leaders, maintaining high levels of engagement, and managing commercial relationships.

What will you do? Role highlights

• Identify, recruit, and select new guides and Tour Leaders that meet Meeters' high standards.
• Maintain high levels of engagement with guides and Tour Leaders, ensuring their satisfaction and involvement.
• Manage commercial relationships with guides and Tour Leaders, negotiating favorable terms for both parties.
• Review and approve guides' proposals, including texts and photographs, ensuring they meet Meeters' quality standards.
• Monitor and evaluate the performance of guides and Tour Leaders, providing continuous feedback and support for improvement.
• Collaborate closely with the Travel Team to ensure alignment of information, tools, and processes.
   

Requirements and Attitude:

• Bachelor’s degree in travel, tourism, or an equivalent field;
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in the travel industry or similar roles;
• Excellent negotiation skills and knowledge of negotiation methods;
• Experience in selecting and managing tour guides;
• Strong customer service skills and problem-solving abilities;
• Ability to multitask and work flexible hours when required;
• Excellent communication and synthesis skills;
• Fluent in Italian and English;
• Dynamic, proactive, flexible, curious, and committed to teamwork;
• Integrity and professionalism respected by colleagues.
