Guidance and Recruitment-BOCCONI Internship

The internship opportunity is aimed at providing the intern with an excellent experience that will give the chance to learn the logics behind the University guidance projects, the Bocconi recruitment campaigns and the relationships between Bocconi University and the main stakeholders of the Education world, at national and international level, managing relations with different targets and institutions, improving their skills in an international and dynamic environment.
In particular, the intern will be involved in the following activities:
• Managing the relationship with prospective international and italian students;
• Managing the virtual and physical information front office (one-to-one interviews, mailbox) for students and families on asset, Bocconi Academic Programs, initiatives and events, administrative procedures and pre/post admission services;
• Supporting the organization of on campus and online initiatives/events aimed at promoting Bocconi educational offer in Italy and abroad;
• Operational support in office projects/activities (data entry in CRM, student ambassadors training, email and website content editing, etc.);
• General support for the analysis and reporting activities of the office.
Requirements
• Graduated with a Master's Degree with an outstanding academic path
• Fluent in English and Italian
• Work/study/life experience abroad or in international/multicultural contexts (at least 6 months)
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
• Curious to know how an higher education institution operates in the international education market
• Soft skills: positive and enthusiastic with very good interpersonal and team working skills; analytical and critical thinking; hands-on approach; customer oriented; able to organize and manage the work timely and autonomously; self-starter with strong attention to detail.
We offer
We are offering a 6 months paid internship, starting from September 2024.
