Job summary
The MRTW Retail Merchandising Manager will be the point of contact for the regional buying teams.Responsibilities include monitoring business performance, staying up to date on market changes, and maximizing sales performance.The role is based in Milan and reports to the MRTW Merchandising Senior Manager.

Responsibilities
• Consolidate inputs on business trends, competitor offers, and product needs.• Perform quantitative analysis for defining Master Orders and aligning with Collection Merchandising.• Collaborate with planning team for open-to-buy definition and region split.• Optimize stock levels across regions and channels.• Collaborate with regional buyers to gather product feedback and market needs.• Support demand planning team in managing orders.• Become a reference point for assigned category/market for regional merchandising teams.• Ensure proper translation of HQ key messages into regional structures.
Requirements
• At least 7 years of experience in a similar role in luxury/fashion industry.• Strong product sensitivity and passion for MRTW categories.• Experience in large volume distribution.• Fluency in Italian and English.• Sound analytical and numerical capabilities.• Commercial awareness and strong business acumen.• Educational background preferably in business management or similar.• Excellent organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills.• Passionate about exceeding corporate goals.• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.• Sound knowledge of current market and consumer trends.• Excellent Excel and PowerPoint skills.
