Based within the Design Office, you are responsible for oversee the MRTW collection product development processes
How you will contribute to
* Act as a point of contact between the Design Office based in Milan and the RTW Dept. based in Novara
* Work closely with Design Office on receiving inputs and sketches for the new collection
* Bring a deep technical point of view throughout the creation of the product.
* Anticipate potential issues in Collection Development
* Strive for innovative solutions
* Liaise daily with the Novara RTW Product Development and with Pattern Making Department
* Attend fitting meetings
Who you are
* Extensive post qualification experience (at least 10 years) in a similar role
* Deep technical knowledge of RTW Collection Development in luxury companies
* A problem solver, able to prioritize workload and pay close attention to details
* A collaborative individual able to build solid and effective relationships with multiple and diverse stakeholders
* An effective communicator with strong interpersonal skills
* A great team player, able to engage with teams and colleagues from different functions and at different levels in the company
* Highly organized and with demonstrated thoroughness to ensure quality work
* Willing to travel in Italy and abroad from time to time
* Fluent in Italian and English, both written and spoken
