For our client, group operating in the Energy sector, we are looking for a:
Group Treasury Specialist
The candidate, reporting directly to the Group Treasurer, will have the following responsabilities:
- Monitor company's cash positions, and provide funding where needed;
- Help to develop a cashflow forecasting process in Treasury;
- Preparation of Treasury reporting (cash, credit lines, guarantees, counterparty exposures);
- Month end interest calculations;
- Management of banking platforms (bank accounts, users);
- Coordination of KYC processes;
- Monitoring of banking fees;
- Registration of treasury and ad-hoc payments;
- Support month-end processes, including interest calculations and reconciliations;
- Support M&A transactions and contribute to ad-hoc treasury matters.
The ideal candidate in this role must have:
- Bachelor’s degree in finance, Business, or related discipline;
- 3+ years corporate treasury experience with a track record of driving continuous process improvement and automation within a growing Finance organization; previous experience in renewable energy industry will be considered a plus, as would-be prior work experience in an international context, particularly within a group with multinational subsidiaries.
- Experience with relevant treasury management systems;
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English; another European language is a plus;
- Ability to grow in a fast moving and highly technical industry;
- Attention to detail and problem-solving attitude.
