The L’Oréal SeedZ Management Trainee Program could be your next career jump! It’s a challenging and unique way to start your career at L’Oréal.

How does it work?

• You will begin your journey at L’Oréal Operations by rotating in 3 different positions in Italy Plant - Production, Quality/EHS, Supply Chain, for a total of 18 months.
• After you have graduated from L’Oréal SeedZ, you will be transitioned into a permanent position, where you will continue to grow and find your purpose within the Plant/Group.

🔎Job requirements:

• Recent master's degree in engineering (path: mechanical, management, industrial production, chemistry)
• Have a previous working experience in the Operations/Manufacturing context 
• Max. 1 year working experience
• Proficient in Italian and English; French is a plus
• Learning agility and flexibility to adapt to different contexts
• Excellent interpersonal skills
• Excellent availability for interpersonal relationships with different stakeholder

• HR Interview
• Business Case 
• Business Case Presentation and interview with Hiring Managers
• Final Interview with Division General Manager
• Start date: Sept 2024
