Go To Market Operations Specialist - Reebok eu, NGGH++

OFFICE

  • Our new office in Via Turati is a strategic hub, and home to all of the NGGH++ staff functions. Turati is where the behind the scenes driving force of NGGH++ is brought to life; this is harmonised with the archive exhibits of brand collaborations found throughout the office.

THE ROLE

NGGH++ is looking for a Go to Market Operations Specialist, to join the Sales Operations team. You will report to the Head of Sales Operations and enable seasonal Go To Market readiness by taking end to end ownership of the seasonal calendar and the coordination of the Reebok showroom and sales campaigns.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

  • Run the seasonal Go To Market calendar from account previews to seasonal GTM
  • meetings and booking deadlines.
  • Manage seasonal sales tools such as sample sets, seasonal product & marketing
  • stories.
  • Manage the product sampling process from the entry to liquidation.
  • Coordinate end to end showroom management
  • Manage seasonal sell-in events from showrooms location selection, build out and
  • tear down with external vendors.

WHO ARE YOU

  • Bachelor's degree in economy, business, or a related field.
  • 3+ years in a similar role preferably in a sports or fashion brand
  • Previous experience customer operations, operations and event management is a
  • Fluent in English both written and spoken.
  • Pro-active problem solver with the ability to assess a challenge and develop action
  • steps for resolution.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to build relationships with internal
  • and external stakeholders.
  • Organized person with excellent analytical/planning skills
  • Strong analytical skills and advanced Excel knowledge are a must.
  • Project management and problem-solving skills
