Who we are looking for
Purpose
The Global Strategy team has the mission to stimulate the development and the implementation of Chiesi's strategy so as to be ready to tackle any possible future scenarios. We are looking for a team member to support us in a set of different projects within our team.
This role has two different souls, “strategic thinking” and “strategic planning”: the first is pushing the team to be creative, to imagine the future scenarios and to think into different perspectives, while the second is about being able to organize concepts consistently, planning precisely and analyse thoroughly, so to translate ideas and strategies into actionable projects.
Main Responsibilities
- Moderate discussions with Franchises, Regions and Affiliates for the development of their Strategic Plans/Long Range Plans
- Support the One Chiesi Strategy implementation and monitoring
- Support the update and monitoring of Global Functions strategic plan, with a specific focus on R&D Strategy
- Take a role in the Pipeline Review Assessment analysis in strong collaboration with R&D Project & Portfolio Management
Experience Required
- Understanding of market research and data analysis
- Project management skills
- Workshop moderation skills as a plus
Education
Master’s degree in Life Sciences or related fields; also BSc/BA in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance will be considered
Languages
Fluent in both written and spoken English
