Activities

The Market Research Intern supports the Global Consumer Insight Manager in:

  • developing and managing qualitative and quantitative Market Research projects by interfacing with research institutes (support in writing briefs in consultation with the countries involved and sharing with the institute, in setting up and managing materials, in checking questionnaires, in liaising with institutes for research management and in internal coordination with countries and the various functions, in organizing presentations of research results)
  • implementation and tracking management activities
  • reporting activities, data extraction and analysis (IWSR) in support of the marketing team
  • trend monitoring activities (through dedicated platforms), identification of insights and internal sharing
  • social listening activities through dedicated platforms and interfacing with agencies

Key Relationships

Internal:

  • Brand Management team (Brand Manager and Marketing Manager) and Marketing Capabilities (Media, Public Relation, Digital), at Corporate level;
  • Consumer Insight Manager/brand manager

External:

  • Research institutes, consulting companies

Experience & Education & Skills

  • Degree in subjects such as Marketing and Consumer Psychology, Marketing, Sociology or similar
  • Experience in Research Institutes is a plus
  • Fluent English
  • Excellent knowledge of power point and excel
