Key Accountabilities
The candidate will be involved in the following activities:
- In the practice of various aspects relating to the Global Learning and DE&I field, specifically he/she will be part of the monitoring and organization of activities relating to the Learning and DE&I initiatives and projects carried out within the Global Learning and DE&I Organizational Unit.
- In the development and monitoring of the KPIs of the RINA DE&I Strategic Plan and all activities related to DE&I promotion within and outside RINA.
- In all the initiatives carried out to improve the health and well-being of all employees, in order to increase both the levels of motivation of the employees and their satisfaction deriving from the achievement of company objectives.
- The candidate will work closely with the Internal Communication team to develop communications that increase employee engagement and transparency regarding training, diversity and inclusion initiatives and all the relevant matters.
- He/she will be also in charge of the progressive editorial planning and updating of internal communications in the field of Learning and DE&I initiatives.
Education
Master’s Degree in Communication and Media
Qualifications
- Between 0 - 2 years of experience
- Passion for continuous Learning and Diversity and inclusion matters
- University degree (Bachelor in Communication Sciences or equipollent)
- Master in Human Resources would be a plus
- Advanced knowledge of MS Office tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, One Note, Word)
- Excellent fluent English (knowledge of other languages would be a plus)
- Excellent interpersonal skills, organizational capabilities and proactivity
- Willingness to learn and improve
- Good communication skills, teamwork and creativity
