Job Description
We are currently seeking a Content Specialist as part of our Image Development Team based in Sesto Fiorentino (FI).
How you will contribute
* Supporting on management of Image projects, with a focus on both digital and printed material;
* Supporting on timeline creation and keeping track of schedules;
* Preparing reports and project recaps;
* Managing products in occasion of shooting sessions, include products research and obtaining from our warehouses;
* Collaborating with internal teams (such as Marketing, Sales, Visual Merchandising, E-commerce) to ensure good communication and constant alignment;
* Gradual support on coordinating external suppliers involved in the projects (production companies, creative agencies, etc);
* Managing contracts and paper works.
Who you are
* Graduate in Design, Communication, Fashion & Luxury Brand Management or any equivalent studies;
* Good understanding of the processes of content creation;
* In-deep knowledge of Office Suite, especially Excel;
* Good knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite;
* Fluent in Italian and English language (written and spoken);
* Organized approach, attention to details, without losing overview of the bigger picture;
* Good verbal and written communication skills;
* Proactive attitude and great team spirit.
