POSITION SUMMARY
Gifting Industrialization Coordinator is a business partner supporting the development of the category. Strong motivation and result orientation are required.
She/He will manage the Industrialization Team and will be responsible that Time to Market of Gifting items will be respected. She/He will interact with Marketing Team in Paris, with Quality Team, with Development Team, with Buying Team, with Design Team and with external suppliers and with the internal members of the Team.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
* Manage and coordinate the Gifting Industrialization team (particular focus on resources growing and evolving);
* Industrialization follow up and structuring of the downstream process;
* Ensure Time To Market with methodical KPI Follow Up;
* Ensure that industrialized products meet LV quality standards;
* Optimization of the timing between Go Style and Master and between Master and Go Prod;
* Follow Up CSR projects;
* Accompanying suppliers, verifying their capabilities, implementing industrialization processes;
* Ensure the coordination and integration of activities carried out internally by the Team with those carried out at external suppliers in order to maintain a constant and efficient control of projects in all their phases;
* Business Process Re-engineering of the perimeter of competence with a Project Management perspective.
Profile
Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree in Engineering or scientific subjects;
* Preferable experience of 5/8 years in industrialization related positions;
* Excellent knowledge of Office package;
* Excellent knowledge of English and preferably also French;
* Knowledge of PLM will be a plus;
* Project Management tools.
* Methodological and analytical approach to situations;
* Leadership: ability to manage and evolve a team;

* Ability to work under pressure in very dynamic environments;
* Availability to Travel;
Good interpersonal and mediation skills
