Your Life Onboard
As a Future Cruise Consultant, you will be responsible for promoting and selling Future Cruises on board to ensure set target achievement in terms of total pax and net revenues fixed month by month. The purpose of the role is to grant the best and highest conversion rate between guests who book on board their Future Cruises and guests travelling on board. With a strong focus on business, the Future Cruise Consultant catches all the opportunities to familiarize with guests.
Demonstrate Your Passion

- Promoting activities and special offers to the Guests
- Participating in on-board events, excursions, gala events in order to make contacts with Guest
- Leading presentation about cruise product and itinerary
- Supporting ship visit organized by Travel Agents when requested
- Completing back office activities such as booking management

- Respecting and correctly applying the sales channel rules.
- Reporting regularly to Senior FCC, Tour Manager, Hotel Director and Corporate Onboard Future Cruise Sales Department ashore in order to assure that all activities are covered
- Prepares and delivers communications (welcome letters, invitations to events, virtual messages) to the guests to promote sales and special offers
What Makes You Unique
The Onboard Future Cruise Sales Department is looking for a passionate and dedicated individual to join their team! The requirements for this job are:
- Completion of Secondary school
- Experienced in sales and / or Customer care. Experience in tourism is a plus
- Good command of the English language at least at B2 level and Spanish or French or German at B2 level
- You are available to live travelling aboard a cruise ship for the contract period of 5 months, working 7 days a week.
