Poste et missions:
FP&A activities Worldwide BU Truck Customer Service and monitoring for the Actual, Budget and Forecast phases.
Your main responsibilities will be :
1.Monthly closing: preparation of data for Flash for all Region, data collection, validation and loading in the Oracle Hyperion system P&L Flash for Europe, check loading for all the Region in the system.
2.Loading Oracle Hyperion: system P&L Flash, BE, Actual causals for Europe
3.Prepare monthly reporting set files for Profitability by Market, for EMEA Region (Data base definition, fine tuning of book parts and channel mix)
4.Month invoicing file elaboration by part number for EMEA from the management system
5.Budget and Forecast preparation file for loading Europe.
6.Loading system Oracle Hyperion: profitability Europe for Budget and Forecast by legal entity/monthly
7.Weekly sales reporting: data collection from all Region and preparation of the presentation
8.Supporting the preparation of the Finance Package
9.Retrieve files: create / update files according to incoming requests
10.Loading SG&A data by cost center in the system for Forecast and Budget phases according to business request/Finance targets.
Required Skills & Qualifications
* Master or Bachelor Degree in Economics / Business Administration / Management Engineering or similar
* Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
* Skilled in data analysis and dashboarding
* Excellent ability to collect, coordinate and organize business requirements
* Advanced MS Excel proficiency and demonstrated ability to develop and manage complex financial models
* Team Player and Able to work under pressure and meet deadlines
* Fluency in English both written and spoken
