We’re thrilled to announce that we are looking for a dynamic group of enthusiastic undergraduate students to join our vibrant world of hospitality, right within the heart of our EMEA hotels. Our Internship Programme aims to offer undergraduate students the opportunity to gain valuable exposure in all aspects of our operational excellence.

Hotel-Based Internships include:
Front Office, Food & Beverage, Group Conference & Events, Sales, Human Resources, Marketing, Accounting, Kitchen and Housekeeping.

Embarking on a Hotel Internship marks the beginning of an exciting journey, where you’ll have the opportunity to immerse yourself in all aspects of hotel operations, acquiring invaluable hands-on experience.
Here’s what you can look forward to:
- Buddy/Mentor Support: Benefit from one-on-one mentor, ensuring your progress is nurtured with regular feedback.
- Career Development Conversation: Should take place at least once during your placement with the Mentor and/or HR representative to support career transition opportunities.
- Learning and Development: Support from professionals and access to our Hilton
University Modules. - Hilton Perks: Including our Go Hilton TM Travel Program, which provides you with
access to heavily reduced hotel room rates for you, your family & friends
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
We are seeking individuals who embody the Hilton Values (Hospitality, Integrity, Leadership, Teamwork, Ownership and Now), possess a strong drive, exceptional interpersonal skills, and a genuine zest for operational excellence.
To be considered, you must be:
- An undergraduate/ bachelor (or higher degree) student of Hospitality Colleges, Business Schools and/or Universities.
- Completing an internship as a compulsory part of the course curriculum and validated by college/school/university contact.
- Fluent in spoken and written English and/or the native language for the country you are applying for.
- Eligible to work within the country of the internship you have applied for.
- Available for a 6 - 12 month internship.
- A passion and enthusiasm for the hospitality industry.
BEYOND YOUR INTERNSHIP
Once you have been on placement with us you are part of Team Hilton and whilst we cannot always guarantee an offer of employment after your studies we like to keep in touch. Many interns have successfully re-joined Hilton upon completion of their degree. We currently have former interns working for us in hotels across the EMEA region.
