IndirizzoArkema is looking for a brilliant Technical specialist based in the technical lab in Milan area.
Reporting to EMEA R&D; Flexlam Manager, The job involves serving a diverse population of customers from different cultural backgrounds with specific needs all over EMEA; up to 30% domestic/EMEA travels are required.
Being member of EMEA R&D; Flexlam team, the Technical specialist will face challenges on technical issues either from internal and external customer.
**Required Profile**
He/She supports sales team and customer for trials qualification process / training / claim/complaint resolution in line with Bostik strategy and process.
He/She is a key player in the developing program and roll out of new product:
internal lamination study and introduction of in the market trought customer training and testing as well as training of sales team.

Reporting:
- Customer visit-call-trial reports
- Lab trial reports
- Weekly and Monthly key action report
Safety:
- Support and be ambassador Bostik safety culture
- Respect and ensure HSE rule respect
- Support to reach QHSE objectives
- Contribute to a continuous lab work improvement (work process, HSE, devices )
- Ensure ISO Norms straight follow up
**Qualifications**:
- Flexible packaging experience is MUST HAVE
- Experience in adhesives knowledge in flexible lamination is a PLUS
- Chemistry high school diploma could be accepted if strongly experienced in flexible lamination
- Chemistry University plus 2 years of experience is minimum, above is a plus
- Basic of chemistry, Polymer Science, or related field required
- Good leadership, adaptable in a fast growing organization and dynamic business environment
- Good team player
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
- Easy to be in touch, open minded person, creative and innovative constructive
- Results-driven
- Problem solving attitude
- Good English level
