Role and Responsibilities: Agiplast, one of leader in regenerating high-performance polymers, particularly specialty polyamides and fluorinated polymers, is looking for a Financial and Planning Analyst for our operations. This role involves overseeing management control for both commercial activities and the factory located in Casalbuttano (near Cremona, Lombardy, Italy). It also entails collaborating with Agiplast's central accounting and management control teams, as well as with the industrial site support, direction management control departments, Arkema's subsidiary in Italy, and other factories. Responsibilities include managing the industrial site and various subcontractors, with added complexity due to the business model focusing on purchasing, recovering, and selling recycled materials. You will be responsible for various tasks such as: * Financial Analysis: Participating in the preparation of monthly activity reports, including monthly closing and the creation of reports for the Business Unit. Contributing to variance analysis, preparing short-term financial forecasts, and the annual budget in coordination with the financial team. * Operational Support: Assisting in analyzing industrial performance, including monitoring production costs and variances. Aiding in preparing financial data for plant management and operations, with recommendations to improve KPIs and productivity. * Participation in Management Meetings: Supporting the organization of monthly and weekly meetings on financial forecasts, factory results, and tracking customer receivables. * Improvement Project and Tool Integration: Contributing to projects aimed at improving financial processes and integrating new IT, accounting, and financial tools. * Compliance with Internal Procedures: Assisting in inventory tracking, establishing transfer pricing, and validating financial transactions. * Objectives: Supporting the Management Controller in producing, analyzing, and explaining financial results for the BU within set deadlines. Contributing to the collection and drafting of information for HPP's global reporting
Requisiti del candidato:
Your profile: *Speaking italian is a plus. * Knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting standards. * Proficiency in statistical analysis tools and techniques. * Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data. * Strong communication and presentation skills, ability to convey financial information to stakeholders, including non-financial parties. * Detail-oriented and highly organized, adept at managing multiple tasks and priorities effectively. * Proactive mindset with a focus on continuous improvement and achieving results. * Understanding of industry-specific software and technologies relevant to financial analysis and planning. You hold a Master's degree in finance, either obtained through your initial training at a business school or acquired as an additional specialization complementing an initial Master's degree in engineering, with familiarity in Italian being advantageous. Alongside your curiosity, you demonstrate exceptional analytical abilities in information systems management and spreadsheets, coupled with a knack for effective teamwork.
