JOB PURPOSE


Support for the CFO area with a focus on managing Finance division transformation initiatives, particularly the transition to the new SAP S4 HANA system. This involves revising all finance and controlling processes with a Greenfield approach, working collaboratively with Finance, IT, and Retail functions.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Participate in Finance transformation project activities with a proactive approach, contributing ideas and evolutionary insights.
• Engage in detailed analysis activities of Finance (Admin and Control) and Retail processes.
• Actively collaborate in designing future processes, identifying opportunities for improvement and optimization from a procedural, organizational, and system perspective.
• Translate Business Needs into functional requirements for system implementation.
• Ensure the correct implementation of defined functional requirements.
• Support the Finance team during User Acceptance Test activities and actively participate in them.
• Support Finance business process owners, coordinating their involvement in various project phases and ensuring an effective transition from the old to the new system.
• Acting as a point of reference both internally within the Finance function and with respect to the IT function and external consulting companies;• Proactively intervene to mitigate any risks and conflicts that may impact the project's success.
• Actively contribute in the definition of the change management program.
• Manage, support, and supervise training sessions conducted for the finance area at worldwide level.
• Provide assistance to stakeholders during the go-live and post go-live phases.

KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS

Similar experience of at least 5 years in complex companies, preferably in the Fashion/Luxury sector or in consulting firms. In particular, candidates with the following experiences will be considered:
o analysis of Finance processes (RTR, PTP, OTC, Treasury, Financial Controlling, etc.);
o Design of To-Be Processes (TOM - Target Operating Model);
o Participation as key user/Process Owner in complex Finance Transformation projects/implementation of SAP ERP (S4 HANA preferred);
o Project management of transformation projects (project management, project planning, risk management, etc.).
Master's degree in economic subjects.
Proven project experience at international level.
Ability to work towards goals and results-oriented.
Ability to learn quickly and work in an agile and dynamic environment.
Ability to manage a high volume of details related to different finance and retail processes.
Excellent communication, presentation, public speaking, relationship management skills with stakeholders of different hierarchical levels and professional skills.
Problem-solving and creative thinking abilities.
Management and coordination skills for internal and external resources.
