Job summary
The Finance Manager will oversee and coordinate all administrative, tax, financial, and management control activities.They will be responsible for managing a team within the Finance department.The role reports directly to the CFO.
Job seniority: mid-to-senior level
Responsibilities
• Supervising and coordinating accounting and financial activities, including closing processes• Managing tax matters• Preparing and analyzing financial reports and key performance indicators• Managing general and analytical accounting• Analyzing and managing cash flow• Managing relationships with other departments• Managing relationships with external control entities and consultants• Collaborating with the Group's budget and controlling functions• Supervising the HR department
Requirements
• Degree in economics or related fields• 8-10 years of experience in a complex financial management role• Knowledge of international accounting standards (IFRS) and consolidation• Fluent in English• Leadership skills, analytical skills, problem-solving abilities, and teamwork
