Kelly Financial Resources for Siemens Healthineers, Healthcare multinational, is looking for: 1 Apprenticeships who will be trained in 30 months as: Finance and Sales Support through a Finance Apprenticeship Program. As an Apprentice, you will have the unique chance to work with different cultures and languages, contribute to creating tailor-made solutions for non-standard businesses, and monitor key performance indicators and business operations. You will collaborate with the Sales Organization, support new projects, and contribute to budgeting and forecasting processes. Through virtual platforms and training, you will gain knowledge in finance concepts and the HPS methodology to improve processes and solve problems. This role also involves special projects, maintaining relations with external financial experts, and developing financial and controlling standards and guidelines. Responsibilities: Contribute to creating tailor-made solutions for non-standard businesses. Monitor key performance indicators and business operations using established processes and tools. Support the Sales Organization with KPIs, performance analysis, project costs monitoring, and reporting. Fulfill report requests from the Headquarter and contribute to creating new ones. Collaborate with the Digital and Enterprise Solution sales team, supporting new projects during the offering phase. Participate in budgeting and forecasting processes. Provide business financial support for Digital and Enterprise Business, focusing on top-line and bottom-line development. Receive training on finance concepts and the HPS methodology through virtual platforms. Utilize agile visual management to monitor our business and improve processes. Contribute to the development of financial and controlling standards and guidelines. Maintain working relations with external financial experts. Qualifications: Experience working with different cultures, languages, and educational and customer needs. Bachelor's/ Master's Degree in Management, Finance, Computer Science, Economics, or similar. Fluency in English (written, spoken, and comprehension). Knowledge of Portuguese, Spanish, or Greek is a plus. Excellent knowledge of the full Microsoft Office 365 package. Solid knowledge of data visualization (e.g., PowerBI or Qlik) or data manipulation (SQL, Python, or Jedox). Analytical skills and knowledge of Business Intelligence and Data Analytics Software tools.
