Section 1: PURPOSE OF THE JOB
* The incumbent is responsible for the promotion of (COMPANY NAME) CRM Product lines through professional and technical support to both medical and sales personnel.
* This position is additionally responsible for ensuring that all questions of a technical nature from the field or internal sources are answered in an expeditious manner and reported to the competent authorities within (COMPANY NAME).
* This position's primary function is to attend implants, follow-ups and support any issues related to high voltage and low voltage stimulation devices.
Section 2: ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES
* Provide technical support and assistance over the whole national territory to the sales force and physicians (implants and follow ups)
* Perform product presentations and training on products utilization to customers
* Support physicians during the enrolment and follow up phase of clinical studies
* Provide support to Regional Sales Managers, FTE Coordinator and Clinical Department for any additional tasks and projects
* Be proactive in taking (COMPANY NAME) solution-oriented approach to customers
* Promptly communicate feedback/info on supported implants/procedures
* Perform booth duty when required
* Ensure all (COMPANY NAME) standing Quality Procedures are followed
Section 3: EDUCATION & COMPETENCIES
* Degree in Engineering or equivalent
* Good Knowledge of English and Italian, both written and verbal
* Good knowledge of MS Office
* Preferable 1/2 years in similar activities (technical support)
* Interpersonal skills
