Service Team Leader

Your responsibilities

• Perform or coordinate complex and diverse engineering activities associated with service projects and contracts.
• Troubleshoot applying own knowledge and experience.
• Implement actions to fully explore all possibilities and eliminate/minimize problems.
• Prepare or provide input for technical documents such as specifications, procedures or technical reports.
• Prepare timesheets, service reports, expense reports and other documents immediately following the work assignment.
• Propose to customers ways to optimize their operations or make general improvements.
• Seek other opportunities to promote customer satisfaction and foster harmonious business relations.
• Apply all ABB policies and company ethics.

Your background

• Advanced Problem solving and troubleshooting skills.
• Availability to travel worldwide for services of a short period with short notice.
• More than 2 years of experience in commissioning or service in the power generation sector, (Boiler, Turbine, BMS, ecc. ecc.).
• More than 2 years of experience of installation and configuration on ABB S+ Suite technology for Operation, Engineering and Historian. Other ABB automation lines, like / Harmony Rack / IOR810/ S800 I/O / SD series.
• Excellent knowledge of the standard protocol used in the industrial market like Profibus Master/Slave, OPC, ModBus.
• Good sense of urgency to Customer needs / Good Customer relations.
• Good level of English language knowledge.
