Responsibilities
• Ensure adherence to quality standards and operational procedures• Propose new offerings and initiatives in collaboration with the management• Supervise and support operational services as needed• Manage banquets, meetings, and business breakfasts• Select, hire, train, and motivate F&B team• Ensure proper administrative management of personnel• Have excellent knowledge of hotel processes, company, and brand• Prepare and monitor department budget• Define sales policies in collaboration with the hotel management• Ensure compliance with service standards and safety requirements• Implement sales activities to acquire new customers and develop F&B area
Requirements
• Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role in hotels of the same category• Experience in banqueting/congress activities• Skills in cost/revenue management and personnel coaching• Excellent knowledge of English language• Passion for hospitality with attention to detail and customer satisfaction• Strong leadership, problem-solving, and operational flexibility• Preferably experience in chain structures and knowledge of Micros Simphony and Opera systems
