Mission:
The Cooling Factory Witness Test Leader will be responsible about the management of (COMPANY NAME) customers tests.These customers will be supported during all the pre-design phase, where the initial discussions about the FWT requirements happen. Relationship with customers and colleagues will continue with and end to end approach, from the initial "what if" discussion, up to the FWT execution in our laboratories.The FWT leader, located in Conselve, Italy, will lead the definition of best solution thanks to a constant relationship with all the cooling Solution Architects, R&D, Laboratory and sales colleagues across the regions.
FWT leader will be constantly leading all the discussions, being active during the execution of the tests, working with the customer/consultants/commissioning agents to ensure the best overall tests executions
What will you do?
* The FWT will build and keep a constant relationship with:
* Global strategic accounts, such as Internet giants, CoLo, Service providers, becoming in this way their main technical single point of contact.
* Consulting companies Worldwide
* Local (COMPANY NAME) entities, located where the new projects will be established. Working with them on a daily basis on the GSA projects.
* Solution Architects appointed to the accounts
* Sales colleagues appointed to the account
* Laboratory and r&d colleagues that will be in charge of performing the FWT
* Project manager appointed to the account, responsible in respecting the specific project timings
* With the above stakeholders to improve the factory witness tests procedures and documentation.
* The FAT leader will need to work and be available on the topics related to the other cooling laboratories worldwide, so it is required availability to fly and reach the other laboratories located in China and India. Required availability to travel is for the around 15-20% of the working time.
What will help you to be successful?
* Bachelor o Master's degree or foreign equivalent in Mechanical or Electronic engineering
* Ten (10) years of experience on cooling matters with focus on DataCenter applications
* Communication and relationship capabilities with particular focus to cross cultural relationships worldwide.
* Awareness about the Datacenter market and competition
* Knowledge about cooling products, i.e. inRoom - Chillers
* Team oriented approach
* Fluent English knowledge
