Informazioni sul ruolo:
You are responsible for developing and guaranteeing a work environment based on Ferrero's identity and values. You will maintain and monitor the Ferrero buildings in the Region Italy (excluding the production plants) in terms of costs, efficiency and investments. You will monitor space occupancy by ensuring that office facilities are maintained in accordance with compliance standards and government regulations.
Principali responsabilità:
- You manage the local budgeting process in cooperation with the business and industrial line and Local/Group Controlling and support the investment planning for the buildings in the Italy region (excluding production plants);
- You will manage the investment workflow activities until project completion in accordance with Group and local procedures;
- Collect all maintenance and H&S needs/requests;
- You take care of the daily operation of the facilities, e.g. by delegation to external providers or by internal measures;
- You define a maintenance plan for all buildings in Italy (excluding production plants);
- You plan the best allocation and utilization of space and resources for new buildings or the re-organisation of current premises and manage the document collection of the managed assets.
- You supervise and coordinate the work of the contractors.
- You promote the ‘’smart building model‘’ to ensure comfort, cost optimization and sustainability.
Chi stiamo cercando:
- You have 7 to 10 years of experience in Facility Management;
- You have good project management skills and a strong customer focus;
- You have proven people management skills;
- You are dynamic, curious and proactive and have the ability to work effectively in high pressure situations that may involve many relationships, projects and complex issues;
- You have a good knowledge of MS Office and have at least an intermediate level of written and spoken English.
