Position
The Facility Manager is in charge of the Headquarters Building, guaranteeing the effective and efficient management of the spaces for Loro Piana employees and its guests.
In this position, he/her has the mission to enhance commonalities with HR, IT, Security, Environment Health & Safety and integrate activities, processes, system striven to continuously maintain and improve services and workplace.
In this role, the manager is accountable for the implementation and monitoring of service levels through meaningful metrics and the accurate planning and implementation of Workplace management.
The role also includes the accountability on Plant and office maintenance, general services and utilities, it also consists of supporting the other functions on the organization of internal and external events set up within the building.
Profile
* Leads the budget definition and the deployment
* Defines action plans to guarantee the budget monitoring and respect, implementing, if necessary, some corrective actions.
* Implements activities related to the protection, safeguarding and security of company tangible and intangible assets, employees and guests, always working with cross-functional partners
* Plans and updates on a regular basis the workplaces, in order to ensure proper set up and accommodation for new joiners.
* Plans and coordinates some specific activities following a clearly defined strategy, ensuring that all the prevention measures are taken
* Liaises with project management on any layout change and provides general Services support (hospitality, supplies, reception and logistics).
* Defines systems and procedures to implement and redesign the service delivery processes.
* Supports the Security team in the internal procedures related to company accesses and company presidio.
* Supports the Business Continuity Manager in emergency management and contingency planning.
Additional information
* 7/10 years in facility management preferably within luxury industry
* Ability to optimally interface with all key internal/external partners
* Project management skills (coordination, communication, budget management, goals achievement, prioritization)
* Strong analytical and interpersonal skills
* Excellent organization and planning skills
* Lateral thought and ability to find solutions in a timely manner
* Proficiency with MS Office Suite
* Fluent in English, any other European language is a plus
