For our client, a multinational company leader in its sectors, we are searching for an:
Export Manager.
The resource, reporting to the Sales Director, is responsible for the developing of the commercial areas of its own competence and for the growth of new sales channels and key accounts.
Main Responsibilities:
· Develop the commercial policies in line with plans and strategies approved by the Group
· Implement the commercial strategy through a constant presence on the territory
· Manage and implement the network of agents and area dealers where necessary
· Define the sales budget by areas and customers
· Create value propositions by ensuring functionality, applicability and feasibility of proposed technical solution to customer requirements
· Ensure the proposed solution fulfil customer requirements
· Be responsible for turnover, sales margin and account receivables based on the established objectives for own region.
Requirements:
· Master Degree or Equivalent
· At consolidated experience in sales and customer interface in a global setting; an experience in the cleaning sector is prefarable, but candidates in similar sectors in B2B will also be evaluated
· Ability to negotiate and solve complex problems while working along the agreed standards
· Excellent knowledge of Services agreement business and products, both technically and contractually
· Fluent English and Spanish (spoken and written); knowledge of a third language is preferred
· Team working and solution-focused approach
· Strong leadership
· Able to lead others to work with you towards the same goals.
