At Eni we are looking for an Expert Regia CRM who, within Plenitude, will be responsible for analyzing and monitoring the main Customer Relationship Management data, collaborating with colleagues and partners in order to best manage the activities of the team.

Plenitude Societa Benefit ( new identity of Eni gas and electricity) controlled by Eni, and present on the market with a business model that combines the production of energy from renewable sources, sale of gas, electricity and energy services to private customers and business with a widespread network of constantly expanding charging points for electric vehicles.
It currently supplies energy to millions of customers in the retail market across Europe, thanks to a large portfolio of GW of renewable capacity in operation. By 2030, to achieve the challenging decarbonisation objectives, the aim is to reach over 15 GW and increase the number of charging points for vehicles.
Plenitude is present in Italy, France, Greece, Slovenia, Spain, Portugal, the United Kingdom, Norway, the United States, Kazakhstan and Australia.

Within the Regia CRM & War Room team you will be responsible for:

  • Analyze and monitor the main qualitative and quantitative KPIs of the CRM through the construction and updating of dedicated analytical dashboards;
  • Prepare analyzes with the aim of predicting customer requests and acting proactively by anticipating phenomena to minimize the risks associated with the management of contact flows on all customer touch points (telephone, chat, site, app and documentation);
  • Collaborate operationally with team colleagues and external partners in order to better manage daily front and back office activities;
  • Develop and optimize project reporting;
  • Prepare budgeting and monitoring of CRM costs;
  • Collaborate with other team members and other business units on continuous process and customer experience improvement activities.


This is the opportunity for you if you meet these requirements:

 

  • Master's degree in Economics or STEM disciplines. Different and/or lower qualifications and fields of study may be taken into consideration given significant experience in the role
  • At least 3 years of experience in the field
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Azure data analytics environments, Power BI and programming languages ​​SQL and, preferably, Python
  • Knowledge of customer care processes in the utilities sector will be a plus
  • Good knowledge of the English language
