We are looking for an EXECUTIVE ASSISTANT for our Signalling Business Unit.
The person will have these main responsibilities:
- Produce reports, presentations and briefs for the Management Committee
- Support the Managing Director of the BU in business meetings and schedules
- Work in sinergy with the Communication Dept. in the organization of Company events
- Promote Corporate notices for all the Italian Sites of the Business Unit
- Support the activities of the internal development workstream
- Managing external providers for his/her scope
- Monitoring and maintaining stationary stock levels
- Developing an efficient documentation and filing system
Requirements:
- Degree in Humanities or equivalent
- At least 5 years of experience in equivalent role in a structured company
- Previous experience in internal communication management will be a preferential requirement
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office tool
- Problem solving and collaborative attitude
- Advanced knowledge of English language
Job location: Bologna.
It is required availability to travel for business trips in Italy and abroad.
