Responsibilities
• Support the CEO in project planning, management, monitoring, and control.• Assist in reporting activities.• Participate in meetings and prepare follow-up actions.• Manage or coordinate projects on behalf of the CEO.• Prepare and follow-up internal and external meetings.• Act as the main contact point between the manager and other individuals within and outside the company.
Requirements
• Preferably a degree in Management Engineering/Economics.• Attention to numerical analysis.• Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office (Project, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.) and project planning systems.• Previous experience in Project Management is a plus.• Strong time management and goal-oriented mindset.• Excellent planning and organizational skills.• Reliability, problem-solving aptitude, and precision in data processing.• High-level interpersonal skills and ability to work in a team.
