As a Europe Retail Field Trainer, you will play a crucial role to deliver training programs for retail staff, working closely with management to identify needs, deploy strategies, and ensure employees excel in their roles, uphold company standards, and provide excellent customer service.
What makes up your day:
- Facilitate new hire onboardings, overseeing training and progress.
- Organize role-playing exercises for problem-solving skills.
- Deliver engaging training sessions in-person and virtually.
- Enhance customer-centric approach and selling ceremony.
- Collaborate with Boutique Managers to enhance customer experience.
- Identify and address skill development opportunities.
- Foster teamwork and a growth mindset.
- Cultivate relationships with key stakeholders.
- Offer ongoing coaching and support post-training.
- Maintain accurate records and generate reports.
- Solicit and relay feedback for improvement.
- Provide guidance on effective selling techniques and upselling.
- Monitor completion of online training modules and post-training support.
What makes you, makes our team

- 2 to 5 years’ experience of working as a Retail Trainer
- Fluent in English, other languages will be a plus
- Background within the luxury retail industry.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication and facilitation skills
- Adaptability and Flexibility
- Strong time management abilities
