Job Description | Enrollment Advisor

For our sales office in Milan we are looking for an Enrollment Advisor t to join the EF High School Exchange Year program.
Our cultural exchange program, EF High School Exchange Year, provides eligible students, between 14 and 18 years old, the opportunity to study abroad in the US, UK or Ireland, live in a host family, learn a new culture and improve their English language skills.
Skills
The position requires you to be poal-driven with a can-do attitude and strong work ethic. You should be self-motivated and you understand the fine balance between sales efficiency and first class customer service! You enjoy doing daily administrative routines as well as using your communicative skills in pitching the winning interviews
Your Responsibilities:
* Guide new students through the enrollment process in an efficient, professional, and supportive manner
* Set appointments and conduct in-depth interviews
* Provide accurate information regarding our program and assist potential students in identifying which program destination will best meet their interests
* Set appropriate expectations for students and parents
* Provide parents with a well informed and supportive consultation
* Plan, support and conduct information-meetings, webinars and other events
* Build and maintain a professional working relationship with colleagues from multiple teams
* Able to conduct interviews at pre-scheduled times which includes afternoons, evenings, and weekends.
* Adhere to High School Exchange Year interview guidelines and regulations
Requirements A successful applicant should display the following attributes:
* Business fluency in English (approx. 40% of workday will be conducted in English)
* Hold a minimum of a Bachelor's degree; ideally in business, intercultural communication, social studies/education
* Minimum of 2 years of professional experience; ideally in recruitment, HR
* Capacity to work in a fast-paced environment and to be a self-starter.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* Problem-solving orientation, and structured way of working
* Attention to detail
* Ability to connect easily with others
* Be a great teammate and representative of EF's positive spirit
* International experience (ideally as an exchange student)
* Ability to work evenings until 9:00 PM (if needed) and/or weekends as business needs dictate
* Willingness to travel within German
