Emea Private Client Relations Manager

Position
The EMEA Private Client Relations Manager will be involved in the following activities:
* Manage the fluidity of communication and information between stores and PCR Department;
* Support and Manage the 360? planning and execution of Special Projects (Villa Loro Piana, Trunk Shows) for the Region;
* Support the provision of timely store feedback to the PCR Department;
* Help the Head of Marketing and Private Client Relations in coordinating the EMEA departments directly or indirectly involved: Buying, VM, Marketing, Retail Ops;
* Collaborate with the Stores to increase and develop the Private Client database;
* Identifying Store's PCR needs and support proposals for Special Projects
* Support on everyday activities regarding the PCR team
Profile
* Education: Degree in Management/Finance/Engineering /Economics or similar;
* Language skills: Fluent English (both spoken and written); any extra language is a plus
* Technical skills: Excellent analytical mind-set, High attention to details and desire to make improvements, Problem solving, Precision, Set priorities and follow through on commitments;
* Computer skills: Excellent knowledge of Office Package (in particular Excel and Power Point);
* Soft skills: Proactive attitude and strong independent drive, ability to work under pressure, Team worker, Eager to take responsibilities, Positive, Curious, Great capacity to listen, Good communications skills and flexibility, Multicultural background and experiences; Knowledge of Private Client environment and experience in Private Client events organization and management
