IndirizzoThe candidate will join the Digital&E-Commerce Department and will support the team in various tasks related to enhancing user experience, managing content, and supporting EMAIL MARKETING initiatives. This internship offers an exciting opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a dynamic environment and contribute to the growth and success of our company.
The UX Intern will support the User Experience & Content team in regular operations, including:
- Conducting site and quality assurance testing to ensure optimal user experience
- Assisting in content uploads and management on relevant platforms
- Participating in ad hoc content creation and adaptation for specific marketing campaigns
- Assisting in restyling and building landing pages to improve user engagement
- Conducting benchmarking activities and scouting for new ideas to enhance user experience
- Analyzing key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify areas for improvement
- Participating in conversion rate optimization (CRO) activities to enhance website performance
- Managing user testing plans to gather feedback on alternative solutions
- Contributing to the ideation of user interfaces to improve overall usability
- Providing support for EMAIL MARKETING initiatives, including schedule, build, send and analyze emails
- Assisting in the integration, testing, and deployment of email campaigns
- Updating and redesigning email layouts based on KPIs and industry benchmarks
- Supporting database management activities for both European and US markets.
The ideal candidate has a degree in Digital Marketing/UX Design or similar, and has the following characteristics:
- Strong analytical capabilities
- Excellent interpersonal and teamwork skills
- Enthusiasm and initiative
- Excellent command of Office Suite
- Fluency in English.
