The Electronics Test Technician is responsible for testing production boards using multiple test platforms and troubleshooting failures to the component level.
As a Electronics Test Technician, you will be responsible for:
- Troubleshooting, testing, and assembling electrical and electro-mechanical assemblies.
- Assisting in configuring, preparing, maintaining, utilizing, and or designing test stations and test equipment.
- Performing tests with instructions and documentation
- Conducting light assembly of electronic components, wiring harnesses, connectors, and mechanical assemblies.
Fuel your passion
To be successful in this role you will:
- Have an AA degree or High School Diploma or equivalent with training in electronics or related field preferred.
- Possess general knowledge of digital/analog circuit theory
- Have basic skills on soldering and assembling of electronic components
- Have the ability to perform component level troubleshooting.
- Be Proficient in the use of multimeters, oscilloscopes, spectrum analyzers, and other basic instruments.
- Have the ability to read and interpret blueprints, wiring diagrams, assembly prints, electronic schematics, and parts lists
