Job Description

The role is mainly oriented to an Electronic System Engineer that can be the interface versus the customer for system control and SW test and tuning. He shall be the customer interface for all the electronic configuration for the brake system including safety aspects and interfaces versus the train system (e.g. safety loops, vehicle and train bus). He is also able to support system test and SW debug on field and fault finding, during engineering tests. The ESE role also foresee the system document preparation and the design of the brake system electronic architecture by the used of standard electronic Hardware modular boards

Competenze ed esperienza

• Second level University degree Electronic;
• having knowledge and experience also of electronic network architectures and protocols;
• appreciated an experience in SW implementation also in case of high safety level functional requirements;
• experience in Electronic System Engineering and architectures for complex systems (especially those systems which require control software following high level SIL);
• appreciated experience of programming with C and high level objected oriented programming (model based programming);
• Knowledge of network protocols (such as Ethernet and CAN, desirable also MVB train vehicle bus);
• Knowledge of electric CAD is required.
