Position Summary
Implementing sales strategies to drive online revenue and increase customer engagement for Home Appliance product category.
Role and Responsibilities
Managing online Home Appliance sales channels, analyzing performance metrics, and optimizing conversion rates.
Creating and executing promotional campaigns to drive traffic and increase sales on e-commerce platforms.
Monitoring industry trends and competitor activity to stay ahead of the competition.
Collaborating with marketing and product teams to enhance product listings, optimize pricing, and improve overall online shopping experience.
Leveraging data and analytics to identify areas for improvement and make data-driven suggestions.
Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelor's / Master's degree in business, marketing, e-commerce, or a related field is required;
- Previous 2 years' experience in e-commerce sales;
- English Fluency;
- MS-Office Suite advanced knowledge;
- Strong sales acumen and a proven track record of driving revenue and increasing sales in an online retail environment;
- Ability to analyze sales data, conversion rates, and customer;
- Proficiency in using e-commerce platforms and other digital tools to manage sales channels and optimize the online shopping experience;
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills to effectively interact with customers, team members, and stakeholders;
- Dedication to providing outstanding customer service and ensuring a positive online shopping experience for customers;
- Ability to adapt to changing market trends, technologies, and customer preferences in the rapidly evolving e-commerce landscape;
- Strong collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams, such as marketing, product management, and IT departments.
