Director of Bulk Enterprise Sales
Our client is seeking an experienced Director of Bulk Enterprise Sales to lead their sales team and drive revenue growth. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales leadership within the transporting or logistics industry. They will be responsible for developing and executing strategic sales plans, managing key client relationships, and achieving sales targets.

Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans that align with company objectives and drive revenue growth.
  • Identify new business opportunities and market trends to expand the company’s customer base.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, partners, and stakeholders.
  • Analyze sales data and market insights to optimize sales strategies and identify areas for improvement.
  • Collaborate with marketing, operations, and other departments to ensure alignment and effectiveness of sales initiatives.
  • Prepare regular sales reports and presentations for senior management.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, competitors, and changing market dynamics.
Experience:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or related field; MBA preferred.
  • Proven experience (3+ years) in sales management or leadership roles within the transporting or logistics industry—a plus if you have experience in Bulk Transportation.
  • Deep understanding of transportation logistics and supply chain management.
  • Demonstrated success in driving sales growth and achieving revenue targets.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a sales team.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Strategic thinker with a proactive and results-driven approach.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and sales analytics tools.
  • Bilingual (Spanish) speakers preferred.

This position offers a competitive base salary.
