In your role as Director I&C Italy (m/w/d), you will managethe entire Italy region in all project and quotation requestsfor process automation and building management automation.Thanks to the close exchange with our customers, you will beable to analyze requirements precisely and implement them inour planning. As a manager, you are close to the business andcan drive forward important topics with our Head of Engineeringand Design. Here you have the chance to reshape a role andleave your footprint!
Explore your tasks and responsibilities
You will set up the new Instrumentation and Controldepartment within Exyte Central Europe (CE) to buildtechnical capabilities in process and buildingautomation
You will prepare a department strategy related to thescope of I&C projects and the competencies ofemployees
Oversee and manage resource planning and resourcedeployment in the relevant branches within CE
Conduct cold eye reviews on I&C projects
Contribute to proposal management, preparation andreview
Monitor project execution performance and initiatecorrective actions as required
You will also actively participate in projects as anI&C Senior Engineer, managing and controllingexternal engineering subcontractors or constructionsubcontractors
Show your expertise
Experience in a complex technical environment likeprocess automation and I&C’s and a technicaltraining background (e.g. Technical Engineer, BSc,Technician or BEng)
You have good knowledge of building law, VOB, rules andtechnology as well as management experience within theconstruction industry
With your broad knowledge from manyinter-/multinational projects, you convince with yourdeep technical knowledge of complex endeavors,experience in design and realization of process controland process automation solutions as well asCommissioning of the facilities
Working knowledge in PLC hardware and software designand concepts as well as in Siemens, Yokogawa, On/Offand ABB automation software complete your profile
As the leader of your team you are an active, positiveand supportive contributor who builds consensus andresolves conflicts, but also enables people to developtheir skills and abilities
You are customer orientated, building long-lastingrelationships with customers and also know how to buildyour network internally within the company
You possess strong verbal and written communicationskills in German and English and impress with yourexceptional organization and coordination skills
